I've been following Amir Obe since his rap name was Phreshy Duzit. Quite simply this guy has an amazing ear for melodies, flow, and music in general. Recently he's been collaborating with PartyNextDoor and it's unclear whether or not he's signed with OVO, but it seems he would fit perfect with the OVO sound. I wouldn't even be surprised if he made an appearance on Drake's upcoming album, Views from the 6. Regardless of the speculation, his music is audio crack. He just dropped a new mixtape a few days ago entitled Happening in The Grey Area. You can stream the mixtape if you have Spotify or Apple Music (unfortunatly it was removed from Soundcloud).
