This week's Tech Tuesday present's a cutting-edge fitness and recovery roller-device known as the VYPER. Created by HyperIce, a company renowned for its high performance portable compression device used by top-notch athletes like Blake Griffin (see below), the VYPER uses pressure and vibration to improve the body's overall performance i.e range of motion and flexibility, aiding athletes with injury prevention.
