Tim Westwood just decided to release this collection of verses from Jay-Z that were laid down back in 1999. Why today? Who knows, maybe because its Throwback Thursday, either way we are grateful to Mr. Westwood. Some of the bars from this freestyle are recognizable and have been used on some Jay songs (a common rapper practice), but there are some new bars in there as well. Personally, I miss when Hov used to rap like this.
