Starting this month, the fast food franchise that you love to hate will be making a step towards eco-friendliness. That's right, McDonalds is switching their sandwich boxes, drink containers, and carry-out bags to fiber-based recycled materials. They hope to make the full switch by 2020, but will be starting with about 36,000 franchises this year!
In celebration of this launch, McDonalds teamed up with The Cabrera/Bentancourt organization to create some stylish pieces out of their new packaging. The accessories are adorned with straws, flowers, and bedazzled with pearls. Check some of these fashion accessories below.
