It's hard to believe that the first Love & Basketball was released 14 years ago. It was a classic movie about love, basketball, family drama, and infidelity. The movie was touching and is considered one of the best Basketball movies of all time (for you younger kids go check it out). This Fantasy Friday I present to you L&B 2. I know what you're thinking; "Man that poster looks legit" Well... its not. Unfortunately, sources say a second version of the movie will not be released and that the graphic was probably whipped up by a fan of the first movie.
In all seriousness though, who wouldn't want to see a sequel to Love and Basketball. Sanaa Lathan (my wife) is stunning, Omar Epps is a great actor, and the plot, though simple, is very powerful. Who hasn't had a crush on a cute female basketball player? I STILL have dreams about Skylar Diggins, even after finding out about her marriage. Regardless, Skylar Diggins falling gracefully in love with me and into my bed is a fantasy, and so is this movie; but hey, a man can dream can't he?
