Population control is the act of artificially altering the size of the population in a specific community. As cruel as it may sound, it has actually been done or attempted in the past in some countries. Many methods such as limiting the amount of children someone can have in a household and even genocide have occurred. "Downsizing" is a movie that explores population control in a unique and funny way. In this Sci-fi film, the world explores the method of shrinking people down and bringing them to a tiny community. The community is filled with amazing incentives to convince people to join.
